Changzhou Chengfeng Flowmeter Co., Ltd. (formerly Qinfeng Flowmeter Works) established in 1979, lies in Changzhou City. Specializing in manufacturing flowmeters and thermometers, the company set up waterflow capacity, gasflow capacity, temperature and pressure inspecting experimental labs and micro-computer lab.

Sticking to the guilding policy of persperishing the enterprise by manufacturing high-quality and professional products, the company has researched and developed totally four major series of flowmeter appliances and thermometers with more than 50 specifications among which the glass flowrator is assessed as "excellent product" by Changzhou Technology Supervision Bureau in 1994, and, in 1997, is evaluated as "Measurement and Quality Guarantee Unit".
